RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! IF YOU NEED TO RETURN
AN ITEM, PLEASE CALL JIM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE @ 479-636-3536 TO GET AN
RMA NUMBER!
- Within
30 days of the original purchase date, any item except software* may be
returned for any reason as long as it is in new condition in the
original box. (Writing on, damage to, or otherwise defacing the original box may be grounds to refuse the return for any item but will definitely cause Casio and Partner Tech Product returns to be refused! We cannot get replacement boxes for these products. Please open your box carefully and cleanly in order to insure that you will be able to return your item if necessary.), Include all original packaging (even the
plastic bag if applicable), manuals, registration cards, etc., for a
full refund less shipping costs. If the item must be repacked in our
warehouse prior to restocking on our shelves, a service fee may apply.
Please save ALL original packaging in case you need to return the item
within this time frame.
- Products that
arrive defective or DOA (dead on arrival) will be replaced or refunded at no charge
by Netsys (except return shipping of the defective item) withing 30
days of purchase. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty will
apply.
- If the item has endured obvious
use or abuse, it will not be accepted for a full return and only
manufacturer's warranties will apply even if less than 30 days have
elapsed since purchase. In other words, please do not back a fork lift
over your mobile scanner and expect us to replace it for free!
- All
RMA items should be shipped to the address that will be provided at
that time the RMA is issued via a trackable shipment type so that
delivery may be verified. Items shipped without delivery confirmation
are subject to becoming ineligible for refund.
- All RMA items should have the RMA number listed on the shipping label.
- After
30 Days, the manufacturer's warranty will apply to all items and the
manufacturer will have to be contacted to resolve any issues. We will
be glad to assist you in finding the correct number to call.
*Software
that is in an unopened box and none of the factory seals have been
disturbed MAY be eligible for return on a case by case basis. Please
